Design
Horizontal, radially split multistage design with radial inlet and vertical delivery. Closed radial impellers designed for wear rings on both sides. Axial thrust is minimized by balancing holes for minimum bearing loads and maximum bearing life. Bearing and stuffing boxes are arranged to be cooled for higher temperatures.
Material of construction
Depending upon temperature and chemical properties of feed water and pressure achieved, casings are made of cast iron, cast steel or acid resistant stainless steel. Material for impellers and shafts can be provided as per required specifications
